What happened
Amazon launched a seller-partner plugin that brings Seller Assistant data into third-party AI tools. Claude is the first external agent, alongside Amazon Quick, in a beta for US sellers.
Why it matters
It gives Anthropic a new distribution surface in commerce, and it's an early signal of which outside agents Amazon will let in.
